All Care Security has been granted Certified membership of the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA). The ICoCA Board made the decision, and we now stand among the association’s ICoCA Certified Members. We are the first, and only, security company in Egypt to reach this level.
A milestone for us, and for security in Egypt
ICoCA is the independent association behind the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers. Its members commit to respecting human rights and humanitarian law in everything they do on the ground. Certified membership is the highest level a company can hold, and it comes only after the company’s systems and operations have been independently assessed against the Code.
For our teams, this is the result of years of steady work on training, supervision and doing things properly, even when nobody is watching. For Egypt’s security sector, it shows that international standards can be met by an Egyptian company, operating here, serving clients here.
Built on ISO 18788
All Care Security was already the first Egyptian security company certified to ISO 18788, the international standard for managing private security operations. ICoCA Certified membership takes that commitment further. It sits on top of our management system and keeps us accountable for how we apply the Code every day.
Good news for the clients we serve
Diplomatic missions, international organisations and multinational companies choose their security partners carefully, and they answer to their own boards and auditors for that choice. With ICoCA Certified membership alongside our ISO certifications, our clients can bring a recognised, internationally respected name to those conversations. It is one more reason they can be confident in the people protecting their staff, sites and operations across Egypt.
Part of a bigger effort
This milestone fits naturally with the rest of what All Care Group stands for. We are a UN Global Compact signatory, and we co-founded the ICoCA Egypt Chapter, the first ICoCA chapter anywhere in the world, to help raise standards among security providers in Egypt and the organisations that hire them. Becoming an ICoCA Certified Member is a big step on that road, and we intend to keep going.
