A Security Company Serving All of Egypt
All Care Group provides security, medical, transport and tourism services to diplomatic missions, international organisations and companies operating across Egypt. Our security operations are certified to ISO 18788, the international standard for managing private security operations, and All Care Group was the first Egyptian security company to achieve it. We have been a member of the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) since 1 April 2025, and we are a signatory of the UN Global Compact, which commits us to its principles on human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
Co-founder of the ICoCA Egypt Chapter
In November 2025 we co-founded the ICoCA Egypt Chapter with Holcim Egypt (formerly Lafarge Egypt) and the Embassy of Canada to Egypt. It is the first national ICoCA chapter anywhere in the world. Its job is to raise standards among security providers in Egypt and among the organisations that hire them.
